  1. Company Name Board in English as well as local language
  2. Notice board must contain Abstracts of the Act, Working Hours and Holiday List – Get a copy of Abstracts Here
  3. Shop License should be amended whenever there is a change in no. of employees – Click here to know the risk
  4. Intimation will be provided to the department for number of employees less than 10
  5. Registers to be maintained are Form C, T, U, O & Q  – Get Copy of Registers Here
  6. Annual return has to be submitted in the month of January in Form R – Get a copy of Annual Return Here
